Trip to Luxor - Hatshepsut
Trip to Luxor- Hatshepsut – The Valley of the Kings tour from Marsa Alam begins with a visit to the Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name ipet-isut means “the most sacred place”. The temple complex was built over 2000 years by generations of pharaohs. The Great Hypostyle Hall is an eerie forest of pillars. After lunch at a restaurant on the Nile, a trip will take you to the west bank of this magnificent river to visit the two giant statues of Amenhotep III “Colossi of Memnon”. Then you will go to the Valley of the Kings. In this ancient nercopolis, you will be able to go inside three tombs (included in the price of the tour). You will also be able to visit the great temple of Hatshepsut. This impressive temple dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh in ancient Egypt, it rises from the desert plain into rows of terraces and mirages. Then we’ll take you to see the alabaster workshops where the Egyptians hand-manufacture their shop products.
